On the nose, the 2019 JEDENTAG is charming and uncomplicated. Ripe and sweet berries, dark cherries, floral scents of violets and dark flowers, a hint of pepper and dark chocolate. Mediterranean herbs like rosemary and thyme give it an international touch.
Palate
Juicy and soft on the tongue, the tannin seems polished, the acidity ripe and mild. With this delicious drop, wine enjoyment can become a daily pleasure solo or in the company of uncomplicated and down-to-earth cuisine.
