Elisabetta Foradori has led the Trentino winery to the top of the world and has since passed it on to her son Emilio, who describes the work at the winery in his words "Our knowledge of nature's rhythms and cycles has intensified through observation over time Each season brings something new, teaching us daily and giving us new insights. We have learned to listen in order to grasp the subtleties of nature's change and protect the true, place-based character of the grape. Surrounded by mountains, we cultivate Teroldego and Pinot Grigio grapes on the flood plain of Campo Rotaliano, while Nosiola and Manzoni Bianco are grown on the dolomitic and clayey hills of Cognola."
