2015 "Beside" Mash fermentation
Color
Intense gold with amber reflections.
Nose
The 2015 "Daneben" mash fermentation shows a lot of ethereal notes reminiscent of orange peel, orange and thyme oil. The whole is accompanied by the scent of roses and wild herbs, such as verveine and nettle. A hint of green tea is also in the air. A wine that comes up with a lot of freshness and verve despite maceration.
Palate
Oily and concentrated, the 2015 "Daneben" mash fermentation runs over the tongue and captivates it with fine spice and stimulating green notes as well as a lot of anise. In addition to the spice, it has acidity and bite. A powerhouse with inner tension and elegance that retains its liveliness and play even with warmer temperatures.
