All vineyards that are not VDP First and Grand Cru sites have been sold. In addition to the single vineyard wines, there is now only one wine per variety, "Aus den Lagen" These wines, 100% from the estate's classified vineyards, were hand-picked, spontaneously fermented and carefully blended.
Colour
Bright, sparkling golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The 2022 Pinot Blanc Aus den Lagen presents itself with pure elegance and noble restraint. Its fine flavours of pear, quince, almond, a hint of yeast and freshly churned butter literally float out of the glass. Its finesse and multi-faceted structure, which radiates an animating coolness and crystalline freshness, are a delight.
Palate
On the palate, it is precisely this finesse, elegance and invigorating freshness that fascinates. A wine that you won't want to put down, pure drinking animation, extremely fresh, but not characterised by acidity with a salty trace. A universal, versatile food companion that inspires the senses!
