Info about the wine:

Removal Info:
Hand harvest and whole bunch pressing, 70% ageing in steel tanks and 30% in 228l wooden barrels for a total of 11 months.
Color:
Light golden yellow with delicate green reflections.
Nose:
The 2016 Pouilly-Vinzelles smells intensely of oranges, candied citrus, sugared bright red berries, wet stones and delicate vegetal notes that suggest lemongrass, dried ginger, tree bark and fennel.
Palate:
The 2016 Pouilly-Vinzelles is juicy and full-bodied on the tongue, its accentuated acidity and the fine tannins are coated with a lot of fruit melt and a fine fruit sweetness. A Burgundy, equipped with fullness and precision, which appreciates citric and delicately tart influences in the wine food accompaniment. Burgundian drinking pleasure for little money!
Recommendation:
Enjoy not too cold from a large glass.
