Wine information
This cava is a classic cuvée of Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Perellada.
Color
light straw yellow with green reflexes and a fine mousseux
Nose
This is a fragrance that can only be found in Cava. Ripe yellow lemons, green apples and pears as well as white blossoms from the fruit tree combine with the aromas of green olives and a still green almond. There you have the clarity that awaits you on the palate already in the nose.
Mouth
On the palate the Mirgin At first downright gentle and soft. But then the bright green and citrus fruit comes around the corner, the acidity creeps in and becomes more and more dominant. Finally, lime, tart herbs, white stone fruit and grapefruit zest as well as a lively minerality join in. This is uncompromisingly good and ensures merciless drinking flow.
