Nose
The 2020 Majas Blanc smells intensely of quince, mango and passion fruit. The fruit aromas are accompanied by distinct herbal notes reminiscent of broom and lime blossom, as well as a pronounced aniseed and salty pastry note. Its beguiling aroma of shellfish and sea breeze gives it a stimulating touch on the nose, with a striking depth.
Palate
On the tongue, we encounter an extremely complex wine that knows how to convince with beguiling spiciness and fine fruit. A truly stimulating drop with a lot of character and richness of facets. A wonderfully Mediterranean wine that serves the food and conveys pure umami in the reverberation.
