Dense black red, violet reflections
Nose
The Habla No. 22 is made from Tempranillo. The great Spanish grape variety shows its dark side here. Blackberry, black cherry and fully ripe plums are clearly visible. The fruit is wonderfully accompanied by ethereal and balsamic notes. Hints of mint and eucalyptus contribute freshness and finesse. Some olive oil and leather provide variety. Slightly earthy notes remind a little of autumn days in coniferous forests. One could almost also attribute a little black truffle. This comes out even more clearly with increasing oxygen.
Palate
With all its power, this Tempranillo does not seem oversized or even jammy. The fruit is dense and generous. And yet it seems wrapped in a silky cloth. The silk is dark but smooth, elegant and delicate. Provided with a fine spice the No. 22 shines above all by its size and elegance. The present acid structure puts a neat stamp on the whole. The acid pressure provides elegance as well as drinking flow. Tempranillo shows itself here from a fruity but above all juicy side.
