How it works
Three steps, and we take care of the first one.

Your code arrives by email
A few weeks after your order, we will send you your personal code. By then, you have had time to open the wines at your leisure.

You pass it on
Via WhatsApp, message or email, to friends, family or colleagues you enjoy sharing a glass with. We will not contact anyone ourselves.

You both receive 10 %
Your friend enters the code in the shopping basket and saves on their first order. As soon as that order has been dispatched, your voucher arrives by email.

The code is entered in the shopping basket or at checkout and applies from a merchandise value of €100. It is intended for people who have never ordered from Living Wines before.

off your next order
For every recommendation that turns into an order, we will send you a voucher of your own. It is valid for 90 days from a merchandise value of €100, up to twelve times a year.
Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my code?
Usually a few weeks after your order, by email to the address you used to place it. There is no form to fill in; the code arrives automatically.
Where does my friend enter the code?
In the shopping basket or at checkout, in the field for voucher codes. The discount is deducted as soon as the merchandise value reaches €100.
Does this apply to every order?
Your friends receive the discount only on their first order with us. Anyone who has ordered before, even using a differently spelt email address, does not count as a new customer. Your own voucher can be redeemed once, and neither voucher can be combined with others.
Can I pay with PayPal when using a voucher?
No, PayPal is not available for orders placed with a voucher. All other payment methods remain possible.
Can I use my own code?
No. Orders placed via another email address of your own or sent to your own delivery address will not be rewarded. Please also refrain from publishing your code on voucher portals or in forums; it is intended for people you know.
How often can I make recommendations?
As often as you like. Up to twelve recommendations per year are rewarded, one per delivery address. Your code is valid for twelve months and is extended with every further order.
What happens in the event of a return?
If your friend’s order is cancelled, revoked or returned, your thank-you reward lapses. If the voucher has already reached you and has not yet been redeemed, we will deactivate it.
Your code arrives automatically
You don’t need to apply for anything. After your order, we will send you the code by email, and from then on you can pass it along.
