Hello,
Easter is just around the corner. The menu is planned, the guests invited – all that's missing is the wine. We've selected two wines for each of six classic Easter courses: one premium, one truly celebratory. These become two ready-made packages that you can add directly to your basket.

1 · Aperitif
The guests arrive, the door opens, coats come off – and there's already a glass on the table. The aperitif sets the tone for the entire evening. Not a still wine, not beer, not water: bubbles in the glass – Easter is declared open.
2 · Asparagus
The season opened in mid-March – perfect timing for Easter. Whether classic white with hollandaise, green from the grill, or as a soup: asparagus is one of the most difficult wine pairings. The bitter asparagusic acid makes most wines taste metallic. What works? Creamy Pinot Blanc and mineral Rieslings – wines with enough body that don't shy away from asparagus.
3 · Fish
Good Friday, no meat – instead, a trip to the fishmonger. Whether salmon from the oven, trout from the pan, or char from the grill: fish demands wines with freshness and minerality that bring the sea to the table. No oak bombs, no heavy whites – wines that let the fish shine.
4 · Poultry
The Easter roast doesn't always have to be lamb. A whole chicken, slowly roasted in the oven with rosemary and potatoes – or a guinea fowl if you want something more festive. Poultry is the most versatile main course: a lighter white works just as well as an elegant red. The key is that the wine doesn't overpower the poultry.
5 · Easter Lamb
The Easter classic. Roasted pink, with a herb crust, rosemary and garlic – or as a rack from the grill. Lamb has that unmistakable, slightly wild character that calls for Syrah from the Rhône like few other meats. The combination of lamb and Rhône is one of the great classics of the wine world – whether elegant Syrah from the north or opulent Grenache blend from the south.
6 · Dessert
The Easter feast draws to a close – with apple tart, chocolate from the Easter bunny, or a cheese board. Now you need a wine that can handle sweetness without being cloying. Two grape varieties master this discipline like no others: Chenin Blanc from the Loire and Riesling from the Rheingau. Both bring enough acidity to transform sweetness into tension – from two of the finest biodynamic estates in their respective regions.
