Dopo la morte prematura del padre, Jean-Philippe e Jean-Guillaume Bret assunsero nel 2000 la guida dell\u2019azienda e avviarono subito la conversione alla viticoltura biologica.\n\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-218977 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/souf_clos.webp\" alt=\"La Soufrandi\u00e8re - Il vigneto Le Clos de Grand-P\u00e8re\" width=\"1200\" \/>\n\n<h2>Conduzione biodinamica<\/h2>\n\nDal 2003 La Soufrandi\u00e8re \u00e8 certificata biologica da Ecocert e dal 2006 l\u2019azienda porta il marchio Demeter per la viticoltura biodinamica. I fratelli seguono i principi di Rudolf Steiner: preparati a base di letame bovino e quarzo, attenzione ai ritmi cosmici e cura del suolo come organismo vivente. Parte dei vigneti viene lavorata con i cavalli, per ridurre al minimo il compattamento del terreno. Questa filosofia coerente si riconosce nella vitalit\u00e0 e nella mineralit\u00e0 dei loro vini.\n\n<h2>Terroir e vigneti<\/h2>\n\nI 12 ettari del domaine sono distribuiti su alcuni dei migliori siti del M\u00e2connais meridionale: lo storico <strong>Clos de Grand-P\u00e8re<\/strong> a Pouilly-Vinzelles, le parcelle <strong>Les Quarts<\/strong> e <strong>Climat Les Longeays<\/strong> a Pouilly-Vinzelles, oltre a vigneti a Saint-V\u00e9ran. I suoli calcarei con inclusioni di argilla e limo conferiscono agli <a href=\"\/it\/sorte\/chardonnay\/\" title=\"Il vitigno Chardonnay presso Vini Vivi\">Chardonnay<\/a> la loro caratteristica mineralit\u00e0 e freschezza. I vini vengono imbottigliati non filtrati e con solfiti ridotti al minimo.
