La parcella si trova sulle alture di Pommard, poco prima di Nantoux. La densit\u00e0 di viti \u00e8 di circa 10.000 ceppi di Guyot. Boris Champy ha essenzialmente diraspato le uve, per cui c'\u00e8 solo una piccola percentuale di grappoli interi. Ha estratto delicatamente le uve e ha fatto maturare il vino in barrique per dodici mesi, con una parte di 30 % in legno nuovo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Colore<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>rosso rubino leggermente trasparente<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Naso<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Boris Champys <em>Pommard <\/em><em> 2019<\/em> offre note di lamponi scuri, fragole selvatiche e prugne mature, che si combinano molto rapidamente con il cacao, un po' di cannella e il legno migliore. C'\u00e8 anche un accenno di erbe e spezie macerate, come un infuso di gin. Il ginepro \u00e8 altrettanto evidente, cos\u00ec come la scorza d'arancia e un po' di corteccia di cassia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palato<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Al palato il <em>Pommard<\/em> gi\u00e0 impressionantemente accessibile, ma fondamentalmente rimane sempre una <em>Pommard<\/em> nel suo aspetto scuro e leggermente terroso. Champy riesce a far apparire il Pinot Nero affascinante e disinvolto, contrariamente a quanto spesso accade con il Pinot Nero. <em>Pommard<\/em> tipica rusticit\u00e0. \u00c8 un vino equilibrato, quasi elegante, con un centro dolce, un'acidit\u00e0 vivace e tannini setosi. Champy sa come trovare il legno giusto per i suoi vini.
