Scrive inoltre regolarmente per Schluck, effilee e taz.<br \/>\n        <br clear=\"both\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Informazioni sul vino<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Il <em>Bourgogne Chardonnay<\/em> proviene da due parcelle situate a Chassagne-Montrachet. La prima parcella, piantata nel 1989 con una S\u00e9lection massale di vecchie viti della tenuta, si trova su terreni poco profondi con argilla marrone. La seconda, piantata nel 2004 con una selezione clonale, si trova su terreni leggermente in pendenza e molto sassosi nel vigneto \u00bbLes Pierres\u00ab. La fermentazione avviene con lieviti indigeni in una combinazione di botti e vasche neutre. La fermentazione malolattica avviene naturalmente e il vino rimane sulle fecce senza alcun b\u00e2tonnage. La percentuale di legno nuovo \u00e8 di circa il 20 %. L'aggiunta di zolfo avviene solo negli ultimi sei mesi di permanenza in botte, e viene effettuata a pi\u00f9 riprese con dosi minime, in modo che il vino non superi mai i 35 mg\/l in totale.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Colore<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Giallo paglierino medio<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Naso<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Thomas Moreys <em>Bourgogne Chardonnay<\/em> rappresenta un'eccellente introduzione al portafoglio dell'enologo. \u00c8 subito chiaro dove il coniglio sta correndo. Lime e fiammiferi sono in gioco, insieme a agrumi brillanti e leggera frutta esotica, oltre a un po' di fumo, nocciola e rovere. La cosa meravigliosa \u00e8 che anche in questo caso tutti i componenti si integrano perfettamente e nessuno spicca. La riduzione \u00e8 presente, ma moderata, la frutta appare matura, in linea con l'annata, ma chiara e fresca, il legno fa da cornice e da base, ma niente di pi\u00f9. Questo fa s\u00ec che si desideri di pi\u00f9.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palato<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Al palato, il vino offre una freschezza e una cremosit\u00e0 quasi inaspettate, come un gelato alla crema di popcorn che si scioglie lentamente sulla lingua con frutta gialla e un po' di limone. Il <em>Bourgogne Blanc<\/em> offre un'esperienza sensuale, combinando note di ananas, limone, lemon curd, burro fuso, nocciole e mais con lime e grafite. La consistenza setosa \u00e8 accompagnata da un'acidit\u00e0 strutturante, da una leggera mineralit\u00e0 e da note aspre nel finale.
