Scrive inoltre regolarmente per Schluck, effilee e taz.<br \/>\n        <br clear=\"both\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Informazioni sul vino<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Questo <em>Champagne<\/em> nasce da un progetto che il genero di Bertrand Gautherot sta realizzando con amici produttori di uva. Si tratta di un progetto N\u00e9gociant in cui i viticoltori sono passati alla coltivazione biologica e poi biodinamica. Nel frattempo, i vigneti sono stati <em>Ecocert<\/em> certificato. Con l'annata 2018, ci sono due <em>Champagne<\/em> del vigneto Les Semblables. Uno si chiama <em>Bor\u00e9al<\/em> e comprende le parcelle esposte a nord, questa si chiama <em>Australe<\/em> e comprende le parcelle pi\u00f9 calde, esposte a sud. Il <em>Champagne<\/em> \u00e8 un Pinot Nero monovitigno proveniente da un sito altamente calcareo con argilla e terriccio vicino a Buxi\u00e8res-sur-Arce. Le uve intere sono state pigiate, fermentate spontaneamente, maturate in botti usate da 350 e 500 litri e poi affinate sui lieviti per 15 mesi. Il <em>Natura Brut<\/em> \u00e8 stato sboccato il 18 ottobre 2020.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Colore<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Rosa pallido come un \u0152il de Perdrix, perlage continuo<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Naso<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Il <em>Sembiabili Australi<\/em> proviene da una regione fresca della C\u00f4te des Bar, ma a differenza della sua omologa <em>Bor\u00e9al<\/em> da un vigneto esposto a sud. Questo si nota al naso negli aromi chiaramente diversi. Ci sono chiaramente note pi\u00f9 fruttate di fragoline di bosco, lamponi e persino more in combinazione con pietre fresche, pompelmo e limoni, oltre a un accenno di fiori e pasta di pane.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palato<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Al palato, il <em>Sembiabili Australi<\/em> sapore simile a quello delle bacche rosse e leggermente fruttato. Il termine <em>fruttato<\/em> deve essere relativo al raffreddatore <em>Bor\u00e9al<\/em> perch\u00e9, ovviamente, il frutto \u00e8 solo a sprazzi e non si diffonde in modo ampio sul palato. Il <em>Champagne<\/em> \u00e8 vivace, con un'acidit\u00e0 e un perlage quasi sensuali.
