Darunter schwingen nur dezente Reduktion, feines <strong>Legno<\/strong>delicato <strong>Note speziate<\/strong>, Gestein und ein Hauch <strong>Pasticceria<\/strong> con.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palato<\/dt>\n<dd>Elegant, saftig und von rund-seidiger Dichte, dabei pr\u00e4zise wie geschliffen. Eine <strong>acidit\u00e0 avvincente<\/strong> trifft auf lebendige Mineralik und gekonnt zur\u00fcckhaltendes Holz. Der K\u00f6rper ist klar gefasst, die Energie dieses jungen Chassagne geradezu elektrisierend.<\/dd>\n<dt>Partenza<\/dt>\n<dd><strong>Mundw\u00e4ssernd salzig<\/strong>, lang und gespannt \u2014 ein Finale, das den Kalk des Bodens noch lange nachzeichnet.<\/dd>\n<dt>Terroir e origine<\/dt>\n<dd>Der Wein stammt aus neun Parzellen, vornehmlich <strong>Les Houill\u00e8res<\/strong> \u2014 1989 in S\u00e9lection Massale bepflanzt \u2014 mit Anteilen aus En Journoblot und deklassifizierten Premier Crus.
