Un bel <strong>Vaniglia<\/strong>-Spur rundet ab. Der Duft ist lebendig, fast elektrisierend \u2013 ein Wein, der schon im Bouquet wach macht.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palato<\/dt>\n<dd><strong>Fragole<\/strong> e <strong>Lamponi<\/strong> tanzen \u00fcber die Zunge, getragen von einer <strong>acido fresco<\/strong> e un <strong>feinen, kaum sp\u00fcrbaren Gerbstoff<\/strong>. Con solo <strong>10 % Alkohol<\/strong> ist dieser Wein federleicht, aber nicht seicht \u2013 er hat Struktur, Saftigkeit und eine Trinkigkeit, die im Roussillon ihresgleichen sucht.<\/dd>\n<dt>Partenza<\/dt>\n<dd>Kurz, knackig, erfrischend \u2013 ein Finale, das eher an <strong>roten Grapefruit-Abgang<\/strong> e <strong>Noccioli di ciliegia<\/strong> denken l\u00e4sst als an schwere Frucht. Kein Ballast, nur Lust aufs Weitertrinken.<\/dd>\n<dt>Terroir e origine<\/dt>\n<dd>La trama <strong>El Carner<\/strong> liegt in den H\u00fcgeln um <strong>Calce<\/strong>, su <strong>Schiefer und schwarzem Mergel<\/strong>, umgeben von mediterraner Macchia, Zedern und wildem Rosmarin. Tom Lubbe bewirtschaftet hier Reben, die teils \u00fcber <strong>100 Jahre alt<\/strong> sind \u2013 eine Geologie und ein Alter, die sich in Mineralit\u00e4t und Tiefe \u00fcbersetzen.<\/dd>\n<dt>Vitigno e vinificazione<\/dt>\n<dd><strong>Grenache<\/strong> e <strong>Macabeu<\/strong> \u2013 eine ungew\u00f6hnliche Rot-Wei\u00df-Mischung, die Tom Lubbe oft gemeinsam verg\u00e4rt. Seit 2015 kommt <strong>kein Schwefel<\/strong> mehr in den Keller, keine Filtration, keine Sch\u00f6nung. Die Wei\u00dfweine mazeriert er, die Roten setzt er auf <strong>Infuso di grappoli interi<\/strong> \u2013 hier entsteht ein Wein, der beide Welten verbindet.<\/dd>\n<dt>Abbinamenti Gastronomici<\/dt>\n<dd>Un vino per <strong>leichte, beschwingte K\u00fcche<\/strong>: <strong>Sardine alla griglia<\/strong> con limone, <strong>Tomatensalat<\/strong> con le erbe, <strong>H\u00e4hnchen<\/strong> mit mediterranen Oliven oder einfach <strong>frisches Baguette<\/strong> con <strong>Tapenade<\/strong>. Auch solo, leicht gek\u00fchlt, ein Genuss.<\/dd>\n<dt>Caratteristiche speciali<\/dt>\n<dd>Ci\u00f2 che caratterizza questo vino \u00e8 la sua <strong>radikale Frische<\/strong> in einer Region, die sonst auf Kraft setzt. W\u00e4hrend andere im Roussillon 14 % und mehr erreichen, bleibt El Carner bei <strong>10 %<\/strong> \u2013 ein Statement, kein Zufall.
