Si aggiungono sottili sapori di erbe selvatiche, lampone selvatico e un accenno di cassis, che continueranno a svilupparsi con la maturazione del vino.<\/p>\n<p>Il sapore<br \/>\nIl primo sorso rivela un'eco di fruttato esotico, sapientemente combinato con note erbacee. Un'acidit\u00e0 giocosa e ben integrata completa il profilo fruttato. Le note minerali conferiscono al retrogusto una qualit\u00e0 stimolante e rinvigorente. <\/p>\n<p>Combinazione di alimenti<br \/>\nUn'insalata di erbe selvatiche con fragole fresche e asparagi verdi offre un'armoniosa combinazione di sapori. L'involtino croccante di mango e gamberi su un letto di carote e coriandolo \u00e8 un altro eccellente accompagnamento. Un pollo brasato al curry con basilico thailandese e citronella completa in modo ideale questa esperienza di gusto rinfrescante.
