En 2022, B\u00e9r\u00e9nice Lurton a vendu la majorit\u00e9 \u00e0 Jean-Hubert Moitry, mais reste en tant que conseill\u00e8re. Les vins secs, autrefois une exp\u00e9rience, sont devenus le salut \u00e9conomique. Le premier mill\u00e9sime sous la nouvelle direction \u2013 2022 \u2013 a \u00e9t\u00e9 acclam\u00e9 par les critiques.<\/p>\n<h2>Biodynamie sur calcaire<\/h2>\n<p>Depuis 2010, Climens travaille en biodynamie, certifi\u00e9e Demeter depuis 2014. <strong>Camomille et gen\u00e9vrier<\/strong> issus de la production propre, s\u00e9ch\u00e9s au grenier au-dessus du chai. En 2022, B\u00e9r\u00e9nice Lurton a vendu la majorit\u00e9 \u00e0 Jean-Hubert Moitry, mais reste en tant que conseill\u00e8re. Les vins secs, autrefois une exp\u00e9rience, sont devenus le salut \u00e9conomique. Le premier mill\u00e9sime sous la nouvelle direction \u2013 2022 \u2013 a \u00e9t\u00e9 acclam\u00e9 par les critiques.\n\n<h2>Biodynamie sur calcaire<\/h2>\n\nDepuis 2010, Climens travaille en biodynamie, certifi\u00e9e Demeter depuis 2014. <strong>Camomille et gen\u00e9vrier<\/strong> issus de la production propre, s\u00e9ch\u00e9s au grenier au-dessus du chai. Des moutons entre les vignes. Pascal Jolivet da Sancerre aiut\u00f2 nella prima annata. <a href=\"\/it\/chateau-climens-asphodele-2020\/\">Asphod\u00e8le<\/a> era nato \u2013 vendemmia precoce, vasche in acciaio inox, nessun lievito aggiunto, nessun legno. Una purezza cristallina che fece tacere gli scettici del S\u00e9millon.\n\nCon <a href=\"\/it\/lilium-grand-vin-blanc-sec-aoc-2022-chateau-climens\/\">Lilium<\/a> si and\u00f2 oltre: affinamento in <strong>Wineglobes<\/strong>, sfere di vetro da 220 litri, che non ossidate e non cedono aromi di legno. La mineralit\u00e0 che ne risulta caratterizza ogni vino \u2013 vivace, vibrante, mai pesante. Nel 2022 B\u00e9r\u00e9nice Lurton vendette la maggioranza a Jean-Hubert Moitry, ma rimane come consulente. I vini secchi, un tempo esperimento, divennero la salvezza economica. La prima annata sotto la nuova direzione \u2013 2022 \u2013 fu celebrata dai critici.\n\n<h2>Biodinamica su calcare<\/h2>\n\nDal 2010 Climens lavora in biodinamica, dal 2014 certificata Demeter. <strong>Camomilla e ginepro<\/strong> da coltivazione propria, essiccati sulla soffitta sopra la cantina. Pecore tra i vigneti.
