Sinon, il appara\u00eet comme massif et ferm\u00e9, sans pr\u00eacher par le fruit ou les ar\u00f4mes primaires qui endorment le buveur. Elle existe tout simplement. Que vous l'accompagniez ou non, il semble ne rien vouloir, et pourtant il est formidable. Le vin est plus \u00e9motionnel, encha\u00eener les saveurs \u00e0 ce stade serait tout simplement stupide.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>La bouche<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>En bouche, le vin est aussi puissant que dans le nez. Pressif et ferme, avec une \u00e9norme min\u00e9ralit\u00e9, port\u00e9e par son acidit\u00e9 vibrante. Complexe et dense, aucun go\u00fbt, une sensation, saisissante, comme une poign\u00e9e de main ferme, uniquement sur le palais. Le fruit joue un r\u00f4le secondaire pour le moment, la min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9sente et la structure ferme, percutante et avec une forte tension interne, comme si le vin voulait \u00e9clater.
