Des notes distinctives de poivre rouge indiquent que le Red Slope est sa provenance. Les fruits confits et le romarin compl\u00e8tent le kal\u00e9idoscope olfactif.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>La bouche <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Au nez, le Riesling Gro\u00dfes Gew\u00e4chs de Pettenthal 2016 de K\u00fchling-Gillot est r\u00e9solu et puissant. Il t\u00e9moigne du potentiel que quelques ann\u00e9es de maturation en bouteille vont mettre en \u00e9vidence. Pendant ce temps, il est \u00e9norm\u00e9ment dense avec une pression ferme sur le milieu du palais et se tient fermement sur une base saline. Le fruit se manifeste principalement dans l'extrait \u00e9lev\u00e9 sans aucune trace de fruit autour de la taille, l'acidit\u00e9 le r\u00e9duisant proprement. Immense longueur avec un grand potentiel.
