M\u00fbri dans de grands f\u00fbts en ch\u00eane de Franconie, le Gro\u00dfe Gew\u00e4chs est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cr\u00e9meux \u00e0 l'ar\u00f4me, mais autrement sobrement \u00e9pic\u00e9. Les fruits jaunes m\u00fbrs, qui sont toujours typiques du Silvaner et qui rappellent les anciennes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de poires, les coings et les prunes jaunes, se combinent aux \u00e9pices, \u00e0 la fum\u00e9e et aux herbes.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>En bouche, le Silvaner ne se manifeste que lentement. Le vin des vieilles vignes a besoin d'air et d'un grand verre. Il montre ensuite sa personnalit\u00e9 avec de plus en plus de finesse et d'\u00e9l\u00e9gance. C'est un Silvaner sombre, profond, \u00e0 la structure complexe, terreux mais flottant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans les fruits jaunes. Le nougat et le tabac, la r\u00e9glisse et le poivre se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent. Le vin devient plus saisissant et plus tendu avec le temps, alors qu'au d\u00e9but il semble presque un peu cors\u00e9.
