Des poires jaunes, des petits coings et des abricots secs constituent le d\u00e9part fruit\u00e9 jaune, en note de t\u00eate une trace d'eau de fleur d'oranger, suivie de fleur de p\u00eacher blanc. Un peu de laine se m\u00eale \u00e0 la barbe \u00e0 papa, des notes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9es de cerfeuil aux accents \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9s s'\u00e9chappent agr\u00e9ablement du verre, le tout soutenu par la min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 typique du site de Silex. Jeune et charnu, le 2009 Le Mont Moelleux se pr\u00e9sente sur le moment et annonce une longue vie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>La bouche <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>En bouche, le vin est monstrueusement textur\u00e9, ferme et ferm\u00e9 avec une immense tension interne. La douceur est parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et reste en arri\u00e8re-plan gustatif avec une belle discr\u00e9tion. Comme une locomotive, le vin pousse \u00e0 toute vitesse. Sa min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 lui donne de la pression et le fouette \u00e0 travers le palais. Un vin avec une vibration \u00e9lev\u00e9e qui le fait para\u00eetre presque \u00e9lectrique. Finale min\u00e9rale, finement fruit\u00e9e et d'une excellente longueur.
