Le caf\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 et les feuilles de tabac vont rapidement dans le m\u00eame sens. Le poivre noir et les copeaux de chocolat noir s'y associent parfaitement. La violette et l'hibiscus apportent une touche florale intense. Le cassis, la myrtille et la m\u00fbre se placent nettement derri\u00e8re les autres ar\u00f4mes. La f\u00e8ve tonka, le poivre de Cub\u00e8be et la cannelle c\u00f4toient le romarin et la sauge. Le pain grill\u00e9 fonc\u00e9 arrive comme un cheveu sur la soupe. Le bois de coco br\u00fbl\u00e9 et les branches de sapin qui cr\u00e9pitent dans le feu compl\u00e8tent le tout comme il a commenc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Sa structure tannique fine lui donne une bonne empreinte. Finement fondant et agr\u00e9ablement poreux, il est plein de s\u00e8ve et dot\u00e9 d'une structure croquante. La langue claque automatiquement apr\u00e8s chaque gorg\u00e9e. Derri\u00e8re la trame tannique, il se montre lin\u00e9aire, frais et min\u00e9ral. En bouche, ses composants fum\u00e9s ainsi que ses \u00e9pices \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9es prennent nettement le pas sur le fruit. Contrairement au nez intense et sombre, il semble \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, presque timidement r\u00e9serv\u00e9 et apparemment encore \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts.
