Die Parzelle liegt in den H\u00f6hen von Pommard kurz vor Nantoux. Die Stockdichte liegt bei rund 10.000 in Guyot-Erziehung. Boris Champy hat die Trauben im Wesentlichen entrappt, es gibt also nur einen kleinen Anteil an Ganztrauben. Er hat schonend extrahiert und den Wein \u00fcber zw\u00f6lf Monate im Fuder ausgebaut, einen Teil von 30\u202f% jedoch in neuem Holz.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Couleur<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>rouge rubis l\u00e9g\u00e8rement transparent<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nez<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Boris Champys <em>Pommard <\/em><em> 2019<\/em> offre des notes de framboises noires, de fraises sauvages et de prunes m\u00fbres, qui se combinent tr\u00e8s rapidement avec le cacao, un peu de cannelle et le meilleur bois. Sur le dessus, on trouve un soup\u00e7on d'herbes et d'\u00e9pices mac\u00e9r\u00e9es, comme une infusion de gin. Le gen\u00e9vrier est tout aussi visible ici que l'\u00e9corce d'orange et un peu d'\u00e9corce de casse.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>En bouche, le <em>Pommard<\/em> d\u00e9j\u00e0 impressionnante, mais reste fondamentalement toujours une <em>Pommard<\/em> dans son impression sombre et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement terreuse. En m\u00eame temps, Champy r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 rendre le Pinot Noir charmant et nonchalant - tout \u00e0 fait contrairement \u00e0 ce qui est souvent le cas pour les vins de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. <em>Pommard<\/em> si typique de la rusticit\u00e9. C'est un vin \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, presque \u00e9l\u00e9gant, avec un c\u0153ur doux, une acidit\u00e9 vive et des tanins soyeux. Champy sait parfaitement comment trouver le bon bois pour ses vins.
