Les vignes de grenache ont entre 20 et 70 ans, la syrah entre 20 et 50 ans et toutes les autres vignes au moins 10 ans.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Informations sur l'extension<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Nach der direkten Pressung folgten 4 Tage Kaltmazeration. Bei 12 \u00b0C wurden 20\u202f% des Weines 4 Wochen zu 50\u202f% in 228 l Barriques und zu 50\u202f% in 600 l Halbst\u00fcckf\u00e4ssern vergoren, bevor sie mit den restlichen 80\u202f% 3 Monate vor der F\u00fcllung wieder r\u00fcckverschnitten wurden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Couleur<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>\u00c9l\u00e9gante nacre claire avec \u00e9claircissement argent\u00e9 vers le bord.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nez<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Le Ros\u00e9 2020 sent comme la mer de fleurs d'un jardin proven\u00e7al. Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 visit\u00e9 le magnifique domaine du Ch\u00eane Bleu, vous vous y sentirez transport\u00e9. Suivent des petites baies rouges, des framboises, du th\u00e9 aux fruits frais et de la menthe sauvage. De fines notes de poivre \u00e9pic\u00e9, de tomate et un peu de poivre intensifient son impression m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>En bouche, il montre des fruits rouges anim\u00e9s et des \u00e9pices proven\u00e7ales intenses.
