Direktes Pressen der Trauben in einer pneumatischen Presse, keine Kl\u00e4rung des Mostes, Verg\u00e4rung bei 16\u00b0C, Ausbau in gro\u00dfen gebrauchten F\u00e4ssern, in denen einige Male w\u00e4hrend des viermonatigen Ausbaus die Hefe aufger\u00fchrt wird.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Couleur<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>or blanc avec r\u00e9flexes verts<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Nez<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Alors que dans le dernier mill\u00e9sime, le Moscato jouait le r\u00f4le principal avec un parfum \u00e9pic\u00e9 de noix de muscade et de roses, l'association du Carricante et du Moscato est \u00e0 la t\u00eate du <em>2018 Porticello <\/em>plut\u00f4t \u00e0 une id\u00e9e de Riesling Pf\u00e4lzer avec des notes de fruits m\u00fbrs juteux \u00e0 noyau et \u00e0 p\u00e9pins et aussi un piquant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9 ainsi que quelques notes d'herbes de la Macchia et un soup\u00e7on d'amandes.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>La bouche<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>En bouche, la noix de muscade s'affirme avec son fruit expressif et son \u00e9pice, qui ne semble jamais intrusive dans ce vin, mais reste toujours l\u00e9g\u00e8re, fra\u00eeche et vive. Le vin est brillant, sec et infus\u00e9 d'une acidit\u00e9 claire. Le bois utilis\u00e9 et le vieillissement sur lies fines lui conf\u00e8rent une texture cr\u00e9meuse, en plus de la salinit\u00e9 du vin de l'\u00eele. Le vin pousse directement dans le sable volcanique avec une vue sur la mer et la plage de sable.
