Il associe la stylistique de la Styrie du Sud \u00e0 celle de la cave de Tement. Le vin a ferment\u00e9 spontan\u00e9ment jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'un sucre r\u00e9siduel d'environ 1,2 gramme, puis il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 pendant 24 mois sur les lies fines dans de grands f\u00fbts en bois neutre et dans de l'acier inoxydable et mis en bouteille sans \u00eatre filtr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Couleur<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>jaune p p paille clair avec des r\u00e9flexes vert clair<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nez<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Quel Sauvignon blanc d\u00e9tendu ! Au nez, il allie la fra\u00eecheur et les notes vertes d'un Sauvignon styrien. En m\u00eame temps, cependant, ils montrent la longue maturit\u00e9 sur les lies fines, c'est pourquoi ce vin semble un peu plus luxuriant et pos\u00e9, mais en m\u00eame temps plus complexe que le jeune Sauvignon blanc. Des notes de poires jaunes et de fleurs de sureau s'associent \u00e0 des touches d'olives vertes, de tabac l\u00e9ger, d'ortie marin\u00e9e et d'un peu de citron vert.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>On trouve \u00e9galement sur le palais le <i>Sauvignon blanc \u00bbZeitspiel 2\"<\/i> un repr\u00e9sentant extr\u00eamement \u00e9l\u00e9gant, qui se montre cr\u00e9meux et se caract\u00e9rise par une acidit\u00e9 m\u00fbre et une salinit\u00e9 concise. Le fruit est \u00e9galement m\u00fbr et tr\u00e8s juteux, l'acidit\u00e9 devient plus claire et plus d\u00e9cisive vers la fin, le vin de plus en plus min\u00e9ral. Le sol calcaire coquillier devient de plus en plus perceptible et fa\u00e7onne le vin de mani\u00e8re piquante. Le r\u00e9sultat est un vin local \u00e0 la fois \u00e9l\u00e9gant et agr\u00e9ablement exigeant, avec une base sal\u00e9e et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re prise tannique qui le rend facile \u00e0 boire.
