De 1974 \u00e0 1979, ils ont tous deux fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 le H\u00f6here Bundeslehr- und Versuchsanstalt f\u00fcr Wein- und Obstbau. Le site <em>Alfred Wormwood<\/em> est un classique sans compromis. La base est l'herbe d'absinthe <em>Artemisia absinthium<\/em>. L'herbe m\u00e9dicinale astringente est ici d\u00e9finitivement au centre de l'attention. L'ar\u00f4me est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par de la cardamome, du thym, du fenouil, de la coriandre, des p\u00e9tales de rose et des \u00e9corces d'orange. Sur <em>Semi-sec<\/em> on ajoute 40 grammes de sucre. Jusqu'\u00e0 50 grammes, l'absinthe devrait en fait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme <em>Dry<\/em> peuvent \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9es de \"non\". Il existe cependant d\u00e9j\u00e0 un <em>Dry<\/em>et il n'a que 15 grammes de sucre. C'est vraiment sec.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Couleur<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>jaune paille moyen<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nez<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Tements <em>Alfred<\/em> est un tonique au parfum agr\u00e9ablement \u00e2pre. L'absinthe, la verveine, le thym, le fenouil et les zestes d'agrumes forment ici une composition qui semble classique et non pas aussi sucr\u00e9e et latente que de nombreuses variantes d'absinthe modernes et compl\u00e8tement embellies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>En bouche, le <em>Alfred Vermouth Semi-Dry<\/em> \u00e9pic\u00e9 et herbac\u00e9, avec une nette pr\u00e9dominance de vermouth et de notes terreuses. C'est un vin d'herbes au caract\u00e8re fort, qui fonctionne aussi bien en ap\u00e9ritif qu'en digestif. Les 40 grammes de douceur sont ici utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise, donnent un \u00e9quilibre agr\u00e9able aux notes am\u00e8res et soulignent les composants fruit\u00e9s au palais. Sur <em>Semi-sec<\/em> G\u00f6lles a un peu diminu\u00e9 la quantit\u00e9 d'absinthe au profit de la cardamome.
