Die Reben stehen auf 350 Metern H\u00f6he als Albarello-Einzelst\u00e4mme in sandigen vulkanischen B\u00f6den. Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen, direkt gepresst und nach der Mostkl\u00e4rung bei 16 bis 18 \u00b0C im Stahltank vergoren und mit B\u00e2tonnage f\u00fcr sechs Monate auf der Hefe ausgebaut.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Couleur<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>jaune paille p\u00e2le<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nez<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Le site <em>Bianco Porticello<\/em> est un vin clair et parfum\u00e9. Il rappelle les pommes et les citrons, les fleurs blanches et l'armoise, la menthe, la sauge et la muscade. Tout cela mis ensemble, c'est un vin frais, herbac\u00e9 et aromatique avec une brise l\u00e9g\u00e8rement iod\u00e9e qui vous fait directement penser \u00e0 quelques heures pass\u00e9es sur la plage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>En bouche aussi, la cuv\u00e9e est fra\u00eeche et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re. Il y a beaucoup de fruits clairs de pommes, de citrons et de citrons verts.
