Les cinq vari\u00e9t\u00e9s blanches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9es dans les zones les plus fra\u00eeches du domaine. Les raisins sont vendang\u00e9s \u00e0 la main et arrivent ensuite refroidis au domaine. Ils sont d\u00e9licatement press\u00e9s entiers et le mo\u00fbt est d\u00e9cant\u00e9 pendant 24 heures. Durant la fermentation, la temp\u00e9rature est maintenue de mani\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e entre 15\u00b0C et 18\u00b0C. Apr\u00e8s la fermentation alcoolique, le vin est transvas\u00e9 et conserv\u00e9 sur lies fines pendant 4 \u00e0 5 mois, il n'y a pas de fermentation malolactique. Mis en bouteille en mars apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9colte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Couleur <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Jaune clair avec des reflets verts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nez <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Le 2022 Il Corzanello Bianco de Corzano e Paterno est un compagnon joyeux. Il sent la pomme et la poire vertes et jaunes avec des notes d\u00e9licatement citriques, auxquelles s'ajoutent des harmonies florales de tilleul et de fleur d'oranger. De d\u00e9licates notes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales de laurier et d'herbes culinaires comme le cerfeuil et la bourrache garantissent des moments m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens du lundi au vendredi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>La bouche <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Avec son caract\u00e8re toscan, il vous transporte directement sous l'olivier le plus proche. Les ar\u00f4mes d'herbes \u00e2pres sont le leitmotiv gustatif, puis vient le fruit d\u00e9licat, qui rappelle essentiellement les fruits \u00e0 p\u00e9pins. Entour\u00e9 d'une fine ph\u00e9nolique, il est flanqu\u00e9 d'une fra\u00eeche acidit\u00e9 qui lui conf\u00e8re son caract\u00e8re rectiligne.
