Le nom fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une lagune sal\u00e9e du m\u00eame nom au bord du lac, dont il y a environ 40 dans le Seewinkel. Il s'agit de cuvettes form\u00e9es \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque glaciaire, dans lesquelles on trouve de l'eau et diff\u00e9rents sels. Les vignes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9es entre 1980 et 2000 dans les sols sablonneux du lac. Heinz Velich y produit, outre l'embl\u00e9matique <em>Tiglat<\/em> ce deuxi\u00e8me chardonnay exceptionnel d'Autriche, qui \u00e9tait autrefois puissant, mais qui est devenu entre-temps de plus en plus fin et \u00e9l\u00e9gant. Les raisins sont vendang\u00e9s \u00e0 la main \u00e0 pleine maturit\u00e9, press\u00e9s lentement en grappes enti\u00e8res apr\u00e8s le temps de repos, ferment\u00e9s spontan\u00e9ment \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e et \u00e9lev\u00e9s sur lies compl\u00e8tes pendant plus de deux ans dans le bois.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Couleur<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>entre l'or et le cuivre<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Nez<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Semblable au 2020 <em>Darscho <\/em>le 2018 rappelle lui aussi le blanc de blancs m\u00fbrs ou le chenin blanc m\u00fbr de l'Anjou, avec ce m\u00e9lange irr\u00e9sistible de p\u00e2tisserie parisienne, de fruits m\u00fbrs \u00e0 noyau et \u00e0 p\u00e9pins, d'agrumes m\u00fbrs et cette touche d'oxydation friable. On pense imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 des poires et des coings m\u00fbrs, des abricots grill\u00e9s, des kumquats, des zestes d'orange confits ainsi qu'\u00e0 de la cire de laine, accompagn\u00e9e d'un peu de bois.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palais<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>En bouche, le <em>2018s<\/em> <em>Darscho<\/em> m\u00fbr et m\u00fbr, sensuel et noble, avec une profondeur et une longueur impressionnantes. C'est un style tout \u00e0 fait particulier et unique que Heinz Velich propose ici et qui s'exprime de la mani\u00e8re suivante : les diff\u00e9rents composants aromatiques se montrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 friables et m\u00fbrs, tout en \u00e9tant sous tension et donc frais et vivants. On y trouve un fruit\u00e9 qui remplit la bouche, des agrumes m\u00fbrs, des fruits \u00e0 noyau et des fruits \u00e0 p\u00e9pins, ainsi qu'un peu de gingembre. S'y ajoutent \u00e0 nouveau des notes de cire de laine et de th\u00e9 noir. Tout cela est concentr\u00e9 et complexe. Il est travers\u00e9 par une acidit\u00e9 vive et une min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 due aux vieilles vignes profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9es.
