Die zentrale Parzelle von K\u00fchling-Gillot hat mehr als 70\u202f% Hangneigung und ist somit die steilste Lage in ganz Rheinhessen. Humus findet man in diesem Weinberg kaum, weshalb die Reben tief im Gestein wurzeln m\u00fcssen.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Couleur :<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>jaune paille moyen<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Nez :<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>L'interaction entre l'absence d'humus, l'extr\u00eame raideur de la pente et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les vignes de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer tr\u00e8s profond\u00e9ment dans les couches de roche fait de la r\u00e9gion un lieu de pr\u00e9dilection pour la culture de la vigne. <i>Pettenthal<\/i> un prototype du Riesling de terroir. Ici, il ne s'agit pas de fruits, mais de la liqu\u00e9faction d'un certain endroit, et cela ne sent pas les fruits, mais la terre humide et sal\u00e9e, le tabac, la fum\u00e9e et le silex, ainsi que les feuilles de curry et le curcuma. Si vous attendez longtemps, vous trouverez quelque chose de la pomme rouge avec sa peau, un peu de pureclauden, des agrumes et des groseilles rouges.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>La bouche :<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>Ce lien prononc\u00e9 avec la terre, la pierre, les herbes et les \u00e9pices caract\u00e9rise \u00e9galement le go\u00fbt de ce vin puissant. Le Riesling du Pettenthal caresse le palais avec une texture l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cr\u00e9meuse, mais surtout il exige, pose des conditions. Il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement dans ses sens et se concentrer sur ce vin, c'est important. On sent ensuite les fines nuances d'agrumes et de fruits acides, de pierre sal\u00e9e, puis le vin raconte de nombreuses couches complexes, qu'il r\u00e9v\u00e8le de plus en plus avec l'air et dans le grand verre.
