Cuando se hizo cargo de la finca, tom\u00f3 una decisi\u00f3n audaz: se acab\u00f3 entregar la uva a la cooperativa; en su lugar, vinos propios con nombre propio. Chickens, sheep and bees are part of the estate, and herbal teas replace synthetic sprays.
