Dieser Volnay-Santenots verzichtet auf jede kosmetische Zutat und pr\u00e4sentiert sich als reine Studie in <strong>Pinot Noir<\/strong>. Die Nase zeigt dunkle Kirschen, Waldboden und eine feine, fast k\u00fchle W\u00fcrze. Am Gaumen \u00fcberrascht die seidige Textur, die von einer lebendigen, fast elektrisierenden S\u00e4ure getragen wird. Die Tannine sind fein gewoben, niemals dominant. Ein Wein, der nicht gefallen will, sondern \u00fcberzeugt \u2013 mit einer Pr\u00e4senz, die aus der Abwesenheit von Schwefel resultiert und eine ungewohnt direkte, transparente Frucht freilegt.<\/dd>\n<dt>Terroir y origen<\/dt>\n<dd>Die Lage <strong>Santenots<\/strong> liegt auf der Gemarkung von <strong>Meursault<\/strong>, grenzt unmittelbar an <strong>Volnay<\/strong> und ist f\u00fcr ihre kalkreichen, eisenhaltigen B\u00f6den bekannt. Hier entstehen Rotweine von besonderer Finesse und Struktur. Das Weingut <strong>Rougeot P\u00e8re &amp; Fils<\/strong> bewirtschaftet seit Generationen Parzellen in <strong>Meursault<\/strong>, <strong>Volnay<\/strong> und <strong>Pommard<\/strong>. Unter Pierre-Henri Rougeot wurde das Gut ab 2016 radikal auf Qualit\u00e4t ausgerichtet, mit <strong>biologischer Zertifizierung<\/strong> seit 2020 und laufender <strong>Demeter-Umstellung<\/strong>.
