Color
Bright golden yellow with delicate silvery reflections.
Nose
The 2021 Xión from Attis shows Albariño, the great old grape variety, in its most beautiful dress. Exotic fruits such as lime, papaya, mango and honeydew melon are accompanied by ginger and orange blossom. Delicate smoky notes, wild sage and yeasty hints round off its inspiring aroma.
Palate
It floods the palate with its exotic and yellow-fruited richness and the mineral and salty hints are even more prominent than in the nose. Its invigorating acidity, its lean and precise character and, last but not least, its spectacularly low price are almost unbeatable and a real insider tip.
