Quando Anne-Claude Leflaive nel 2006 viaggi\u00f2 attraverso la Loira alla ricerca di progetti biodinamici, trov\u00f2 ad Ambillou-Ch\u00e2teau un gioiello: <strong>10 ettari di viti antiche<\/strong>, coltivate biodinamicamente dal 2000, ma senza produzione di vino da tre anni.\n\nLa pioniera della biodinamica riconobbe il potenziale. Nel 2008 acquis\u00ec la propriet\u00e0, chiamata cos\u00ec dai precedenti proprietari Claude e Nelly Pichard. Con il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/it\/clau-de-nell-cabernet-franc-aoc-2021\/\" title=\"Clau de Nell Cabernet Franc\">Cabernet Franc 2021<\/a> da viti sessantenni e Chenin Blanc inizi\u00f2 il rinascimento.\n\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-219645 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/clau_de_nell_galerie1.webp\" alt=\"Sylvain Potin e Christian Jacques davanti alla cantina in tufo\" \/>\n\n<h2>La precisione come filosofia<\/h2>\n\n\"Per noi si tratta di cercare sempre di essere pi\u00f9 precisi\", dice il direttore della tenuta Sylvain Potin. L'ex sommelier arriv\u00f2 a Clau de Nell nel 2009 e port\u00f2 con s\u00e9 il suo istinto per <strong>l'eleganza e l'equilibrio<\/strong>. I suoi vini non sono potenze brute, ma interpretazioni filiformi del terroir.\n\nI terreni di <strong>ghiaia sabbiosa e selce rossa su tuffeau<\/strong> caratterizzano ogni vino. Lo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/it\/clau-de-nell-chenin-blanc-aoc-2022\/\" title=\"Clau de Nell Chenin Blanc\">Chenin Blanc<\/a> mostra una mineralit\u00e0 tesa, il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/it\/sorte\/cabernet-franc\/\" title=\"Cabernet Franc Weine\">Cabernet Franc<\/a> frutta scura con tannini setosi. La Cuv\u00e9e \"Violette\" unisce entrambe le variet\u00e0 Cabernet in un vino di notevole profondit\u00e0.\n\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-219646 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/clau_de_nell_galerie2.webp\" alt=\"I vigneti di Clau de Nell all'alba\" \/>\n\n<h2>Viti antiche, rese basse<\/h2>\n\nL'et\u00e0 media delle viti a Clau de Nell \u00e8 di <strong>60 anni<\/strong> \u2013 alcune parcelle hanno pi\u00f9 di un secolo. Questi veterani forniscono uve concentrate, ma in piccole quantit\u00e0: le rese rimangono sotto i 30 ettolitri per ettaro.\n\nCinque ettari di Cabernet Franc formano il cuore, completati da 4,5 ettari di Chenin Blanc, due ettari di Grolleau e un ettaro di Cabernet Sauvignon. Dal 2021 la cantina produce anche un <strong>Blanc de Noir<\/strong> \u2013 la quinta cuv\u00e9e del portfolio. Come presso <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/it\/liv-vincendeau\/\" title=\"Liv Vincendeau Loire\">Liv Vincendeau<\/a> nell'Angi\u00f2 vicino, anche qui il focus \u00e8 sulla variet\u00e0: monovarietale, puro, preciso.\n\n<h2>Biodinamica dal cambio del millennio<\/h2>\n\nClau de Nell era gi\u00e0 biodinamico prima dell'arrivo di Anne-Claude Leflaive. La conversione avvenne gi\u00e0 nell'anno 2000 \u2013 un'azienda pioniera in Angi\u00f2. Questo filosofia il team continua conseguentemente: <strong>certificato biodinamico<\/strong>, con rispetto per i ritmi naturali del vigneto.\n\nA 90 metri sul livello del mare, 120 chilometri dall'Atlantico, le viti beneficiano di notti fresche e giorni caldi.
