Out of conviction, they have taken all measures and adapted all processes to organic and biodynamic viticulture. This applies equally to vineyards and the cellar. The family has been involved in viticulture in Katzenthal since the 17th century. The current generation focuses on natural wines. As they are not trained in viticulture themselves, they have entered into a partnership with their friendly neighbour, an organic wine grower by conviction.<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u00e9on Heintzmann runs the Domaine <strong>Cl\u00e9ment Klur<\/strong> continues for the family and is a leader in winemaking. On the farm, the Klur family has developed in many ways. They have established permaculture, run holiday homes on the property, set up a goldsmith's atelier for their daughter and have a <strong>co-working space<\/strong> in a relaxed setting is also just in its final throes. Der Kompost stammt vom benachbarten Bauern. Ein leichtes Quad auf vier R\u00e4dern f\u00e4hrt statt eines Traktors durch die Weinberge, um den Boden nicht unn\u00f6tig zu verdichten. Kleine Stellschrauben, die Gro\u00dfes bewirken.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Weine aus der Naturweinlinie lassen sich eher als Konzeptweine in Mikroauflagen beschreiben. Wilde Cuv\u00e9es entstehen zum Beispiel aus Muscat, Gewurztraminer und Sylvaner, die teilweise im gemischten Satz in der Grand Cru Lage Wineck Schlossberg stehen. Bei manchen Weinen behalten sie die Rebsorten g\u00e4nzlich als Geheimnis zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\r\n<p>Qualitativ brilliert das Weingut Cl\u00e9ment Klur vor allem mit seinen <strong>Schaumweinen \u2013 den Cremant d\u00b4Alsace<\/strong>. Aus den Rebsorten Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris sowie Riesling entstehen \u00e4u\u00dferst lebendige Schaumweine mit einer eigenen Handschrift und Identit\u00e4t. Der \u201eBrut\u201c ist ein Paradenbeispiel von gro\u00dfer Winzerkunst mit feiner Perlage. Mit dem <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/cremant-dalsace-brut-ungeschwefelt-lcns18-nv-clement-klur\/\">\u201eBrut ungeschwefelt\u201c<\/a><\/strong> liefern sie eine wahre Seltenheit. Ungeschwefelte Schaumweine findet man kaum.
