Lo <strong>gneiss alterato del sottosuolo<\/strong> dona mineralit\u00e0 e profondit\u00e0.\n\n<h2>Serrat de la Plane: vento e frescura<\/h2>\n\nIl secondo vino di Meissner nasce da vecchissime viti di Grenache su un \u201caltopiano sassoso\u201d, ed \u00e8 proprio questo il significato in catalano di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/it\/georg-meissner-serrat-de-la-plane-vdf-2022\/\">Serrat de la Plane<\/a>. A differenza delle terrazze riparate del Carignan, questo vigneto \u00e8 costantemente esposto al vento fresco. La collaborazione funziona perch\u00e9 entrambi parlano la stessa lingua: quella della biodinamica, senza compromessi. I vini, soltanto <strong>Vindemiatrix<\/strong> e <strong>Serrat de la Plane<\/strong>, nascono in quantit\u00e0 minime.
