L'aggiunta di zolfo \u00e8 minima, i vini non sono n\u00e9 chiarificati n\u00e9 filtrati. Le anfore spagnole contengono ciascuna 400 litri e respirano dolcemente.\n\nIl risultato sono rossi dal colore pi\u00f9 chiaro, che fanno pensare pi\u00f9 alla Borgogna che alla Spagna potente. L'enologa di origine slovena lavora con Dominik Huber dal 2012 e qui ha sviluppato un proprio stile: vendemmia anticipata per gradazioni alcoliche moderate, lunghe macerazioni per profondit\u00e0 senza pesantezza, pazienza invece di interventi.
