Together with the continental climate of the <strong>Central Corsica<\/strong> and the influence of the Mediterranean, the soils bring freshness, minerality and maturity to the wines in equal measure. The stony environment, however, contributes above all purity and barrenness in the wines.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>The results are expressive, independent and lively wines.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The founder <strong>Jean Vico<\/strong> has cultivated the vineyards on the French Mediterranean island only with autochthonous grape varieties. <em>Vermentinu, Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu, Carcaghjolu Neru, Aleatico and Minustellu<\/em> bring even experienced wine connoisseurs <strong>to the limits of their knowledge<\/strong>. Gro\u00dfe Demut gegen\u00fcber der Natur und der Erhalt ihrer Umgebung sind eine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit. Voller Leidenschaft und nicht dogmatisch geht man an die Weinbereitung heran. Jahr f\u00fcr Jahr strebt das Team nach dem bestm\u00f6glichen Wein aus ihren urspr\u00fcnglichen Weinbergen.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Korsika lebt von Kontrasten<\/strong>. Die Konstellation aus trockenem Weideland am Meer und \u00fcber 2000m hohen Bergen im Zentrum sind exemplarisch daf\u00fcr. Schnee ist in den Bergen keine Seltenheit. Das Wetter und die Temperaturschwankungen sind vor allem in den h\u00f6heren Lagen \u00e4u\u00dferst wechselhaft. Hier im Weingut geht man auf bis zu 360 H\u00f6henmeter. <strong>Einzigartig und besonders<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Geologie der Weinberge ist Teil des Terroirs. Diese Diversit\u00e4t ist ein gro\u00dfer Reiz f\u00fcr die Winzer vor Ort und bildet den Mittelpunkt des Denkens. Mit hohem Aufwand gehen sie den Gegebenheiten wissenschaftlich auf den Grund, um die Umgebung noch besser zu verstehen und sp\u00e4ter in den Weinen das Terroir zu entschl\u00fcsseln und transportieren.<\/p>\r\n<p>Der 1769 Blanc aus Vermentinu verk\u00f6rpert diese Ideen und seine Heimat aus. Ein knackiger, rassiger Wein voller Aroma und Frische. Wie gemacht f\u00fcr korsischen Schafsk\u00e4se und leichte, mediterrane K\u00fcche. Der <strong>A Mina<\/strong> w\u00e4re die Steigerung des ganzen mit mehr Intensit\u00e4t und W\u00fcrze. Der Clos Venturi Rouge ist eine Cuv\u00e9e von alten Reben aus <strong>Niellucciu und Sciaccerellu<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dieser kraftvolle Rotwein l\u00e4sst Attribute von Frische, Reife und Mineralit\u00e4t verschmelzen.
