Tous les blancs sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s en f\u00fbts neutres et d\u00e9gagent, comme Marjorie elle-m\u00eame, une profonde s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Le Carignan et les cuv\u00e9es m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes<\/h2>\n\n<p>Parmi les c\u00e9pages rouges, c'est le <a href=\"\/fr\/sorte\/carignan\/\" title=\"Carignan chez Vins Vivants\">Carignan<\/a> qui tenait le plus \u00e0 c\u0153ur \u00e0 Marjorie. Le <strong>1903 Carignan<\/strong> provient de vignes franches de pied, plant\u00e9es il y a plus d'un si\u00e8cle. On retrouve une qualit\u00e9 tout aussi intemporelle chez <a href=\"\/fr\/terres-de-fagayra\/\" title=\"Terres de Fagayra\">Terres de Fagayra<\/a>, le second projet des Gallet.<\/p>","it":"<h2>Sulle terrazze di Montner<\/h2>\n\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-219972 size-large rounded-corners-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/rocdesanges_galerie1.webp\" alt=\"Marjorie e St\u00e9phane Gallet nella cantina di Roc des Anges\" \/>\n\n<p>Il piccolo paese di Montner sorge sul versante nord del For\u00e7a Real, al riparo dal sole cocente del Mediterraneo. Qui oggi <strong>Thibault Ponthier<\/strong>, successore dei fondatori Marjorie e St\u00e9phane Gallet, coltiva 25 ettari suddivisi in venti parcelle diverse \u2013 suoli di scisto formatisi nel corso dei millenni da argilla pura e silice. La struttura verticale della roccia trattiene l'acqua per i periodi di siccit\u00e0, mentre l'altitudine, fino a 400 metri, garantisce notti fresche. La resa media \u00e8 di appena 15 ettolitri per ettaro \u2013 la testimonianza di vecchie vigne e di un lavoro senza compromessi.<\/p>\n\n<h2>L'eredit\u00e0 di G\u00e9rard Gauby<\/h2>\n\n<p>Marjorie Gallet ha mosso i primi passi da vignaiola presso <strong>G\u00e9rard Gauby<\/strong>, il padre del Roussillon moderno. L\u00ec ha appreso i fondamenti del lavoro biodinamico, che in seguito ha perfezionato nella propria azienda. Dalla scuola di Gauby sono nate alcune delle cantine pi\u00f9 interessanti della regione: <a href=\"\/it\/matassa\/\" title=\"Domaine Matassa\">Matassa<\/a>, <a href=\"\/it\/terroir-al-limit\/\" title=\"Terroir al Limit\">Terroir al Limit<\/a> e Roc des Anges. Dal 2008 Marjorie ha lavorato insieme a St\u00e9phane, che ha messo a disposizione la sua esperienza nell'affinamento ossidativo. Oggi il domaine \u00e8 certificato biodinamico.<\/p>\n\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-219973 size-large rounded-corners-img\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lebendigeweine.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/rocdesanges_galerie2.webp\" alt=\"Vigneti di Roc des Anges nel Roussillon\" \/>\n\n<h2>Bianchi di carattere<\/h2>\n\n<p>Da <a href=\"\/it\/sorte\/grenache-gris\/\" title=\"Grenache Gris su Vini Vivi\">Grenache Gris<\/a> e Macabeu nascono bianchi armoniosi dal carattere mediterraneo. <strong>Pi Vell<\/strong> \u00e8 un Macabeu in purezza da viti che crescono qui da generazioni \u2013 austero, con note di limone, sapidit\u00e0 ed erbe essiccate. Il <strong>Llum<\/strong>, da Grenache Gris, mostra il lato elegante del domaine. Tutti i bianchi maturano in botti neutre e, come Marjorie stessa, possiedono una profonda calma interiore.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Carignan e cuv\u00e9e mediterranee<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tra le variet\u00e0 rosse, Marjorie aveva particolarmente a cuore il <a href=\"\/it\/sorte\/carignan\/\" title=\"Carignan su Vini Vivi\">Carignan<\/a>. Il <strong>1903 Carignan<\/strong> proviene da viti a piede franco, piantate oltre un secolo fa. Da rese bassissime nasce un vino profondo, di una calma meditativa. <strong>Segna de Cor<\/strong> \u00e8 l'ammiraglia delle cuv\u00e9e rosse: Grenache, Carignan e Syrah si fondono in aromi scuri e speziati \u2013 erbe mediterranee, oliva, cioccolato fondente. Un vino per una cucina generosa e piena di vita.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Maury: una specialit\u00e0 del Roussillon<\/h2>\n\n<p>St\u00e9phane ha messo la sua esperienza nell'affinamento ossidativo al servizio del <strong>Maury<\/strong> \u2013 un vin doux naturel di lunga tradizione nel Roussillon. Il Maury 1996 profuma di prugne secche, fichi e frutta secca tostata. La dolcezza \u00e8 perfettamente integrata e, servito leggermente fresco, il vino mantiene intatta la sua vivacit\u00e0. Accompagna piatti a base di noci, dessert al cioccolato e formaggi erborinati con la stessa eleganza che i vini secchi portano a una tavola mediterranea.
