La <a href=\"\/it\/sorte\/syrah\/\">Syrah<\/a> \u00e8 qui il vitigno rosso dei grandi cru e d\u00e0 viola, pepe nero, olive e una tensione fresca e salina. A C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie \u00e8 consentito fermentare insieme una piccola quota di Viognier, che illumina il naso, mentre Condrieu appartiene interamente al Viognier, con albicocca e fiori. Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Joseph e Crozes-Hermitage sono gli altri nomi del Nord, dove i bianchi nascono da Marsanne e Roussanne. <a href=\"\/it\/maison-stephan\/\">Maison Stephan<\/a> a Tupin produce C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie da <strong>Serine<\/strong>, l'antica forma della Syrah ad acino piccolo, come il <a href=\"\/it\/cote-rotie-les-binardes-aoc-2023-maison-stephan\/\">C\u00f4te R\u00f4tie \"Les Binardes\" AOC 2023<\/a>, imbottigliato senza solfiti aggiunti. Da Cornas provengono le Syrah biodinamiche di Du Coulet, da Les Bruy\u00e8res Crozes-Hermitage e Saint-Joseph.<\/p><h2>Rodano meridionale: Grenache, galets roul\u00e9s e mistral<\/h2><p>A sud di Mont\u00e9limar la valle si apre su un paesaggio mediterraneo di garrigue, ulivi e lavanda. Qui guida la Grenache, accompagnata da Syrah, Mourv\u00e8dre, Cinsault e Carignan, e i vini mostrano ciliegia matura, erbe secche e speziatura calda. A Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape i <strong>galets roul\u00e9s<\/strong>, ciottoli di quarzite arrotondati dal Rodano, coprono molti vigneti e restituiscono di notte il calore del giorno; altre parcelle si trovano su sabbia e calcare e danno Grenache pi\u00f9 fini e fresche. Il <strong>mistral<\/strong> asciuga le uve dopo ogni pioggia e tiene lontane le malattie fungine. Ai piedi delle Dentelles de Montmirail si trovano Gigondas e Vacqueyras, da cui provengono i vini del Domaine d'Our\u00e9a, e pi\u00f9 a nord Rasteau e Cairanne, oggi cru autonomi. Lo <a href=\"\/it\/chateauneuf-du-pape\/\">Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape<\/a> lo proponiamo da Marcoux, Clos des Papes e La Nerthe, rosso e bianco; dai pendii del Mont Ventoux arrivano Ch\u00eane Bleu e Saint Jean du Barroux.<\/p><h2>C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne e Villages, la base della valle<\/h2><p>La denominazione C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne comprende l'intera valle, ma la maggior parte dei suoi vini cresce al Sud. Sopra di essa stanno i C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne Villages, che possono portare il nome del proprio comune se rispettano regole pi\u00f9 severe. Il Domaine Roche-Audran imbottiglia C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne rossi, bianchi e rosati e Villages da Visan, Marcoux un C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne da Grenache, Mourv\u00e8dre e Syrah. Du Coulet mostra con il C\u00f4tes du Rh\u00f4ne \"Petit Ours\" che sapore abbia una Syrah del granito settentrionale gi\u00e0 nella fascia d'ingresso.<\/p><h2>Vino biologico dal Rodano: biodinamica su pendii e ciottoli<\/h2><p>I vigneti del Rodano si prestano particolarmente bene al lavoro biologico, perch\u00e9 vento e sole mantengono sane le uve. Il <a href=\"\/it\/marcoux\/\">Domaine de Marcoux<\/a> a Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape coltiva le sue viti in biodinamica, cos\u00ec come Du Coulet, Roche-Audran e d'Our\u00e9a. Preparati, compost e inerbimento rivitalizzano i suoli, e le radici scendono in profondit\u00e0 nel granito, nei ciottoli e nel calcare, cosa che si sente nella freschezza di questi vini.
