Notes of dry pastry, coffee with milk and a breath smoky approvals also suggest themselves youthfully and catch the fruity flavours very nicely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>Expansive, powerful with salty precision, the 2015 Saint Aubin 1er Cru \"Les Meurgers des Dents de Chien\" hits the tongue. In the mid-palate punchy and creamy at the same time, it demands a lot of air and is definitely looking for a full-bodied and spice-intensive cuisine as a counterpart.
