The always light-bodied Le Haut-Lieu gets a bit heavier and denser here, the aromas cross over into the realm of candied and dried fruits, some honey and wax become noticeable, and yet you notice the freshness here as well. The 1\u00e8re Trie shows itself slightly exotic with air. The flavours of pineapple, papaya and persimmon displace the pome fruit and combine with a slight spiciness.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>The Haut-Lieu 1\u00e8re Trie is a beautiful example that a sweet and ripe opulence and a cool clarity do not exclude each other, but rather fertilize. The acidity of the Haut-Lieu carries the sweetness on its hands. On the palate, the freshness and bright fruit notes dominate, turning from the slightly exotic nose back to yellow and golden stone fruit flavors.
