Consideration of colour:

Shines in a delicate and bright yellow hue, adorned with green reflections, as fine as the preciousness that surrounds a pearl.

Bouquet:

This 2016 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut captivates the senses and exudes a ripe, juicy bouquet. Finished with a heady melange of ripe quince, vineyard peach and orange flesh; the scent of orange zest, chamomile, oyster shell and oven-fresh pastry leaves no wine connoisseur cold.

Taste on the palate:

The taste on the palate is just as seductive. Salty notes nestle against fine sparkling carbonation. This champagne accompanies the palate equivalent of a Mediterranean sea breeze, its salty, mineral flavours growing in intensity with each sip. It is unashamedly, glass-clear - it is a hidden treasure chest waiting to be discovered and generously offers itself as a culinary all-rounder. With its attractive price-performance ratio, it leaves nothing to be desired!

Alternative food suggestions:

Enjoy it alongside oysters, garnished with lime slices to add something zesty to the sea breeze. It flawlessly accompanies a lobster tail in a lobster tail champagne butter, served with fresh ciabatta. Or opt for Cornish chicken complemented by peaches, jasmine rice and chopped cashew nuts. Such a gastronomic experience is sure to be unforgettable!
