Yellow pears, small quinces and dried apricots make the yellow fruity start, in the top note a trace of orange blossom water, followed by white peach blossom. Some wool mixes with candyfloss, slightly spicy notes of chervil with an ethereal overtone waft pleasantly warm from the glass, all underpinned by the typical Silex minerality of the site. Youthful and plump, the 2009 Le Mont Moelleux presents itself at the moment and announces a long life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>Mouth <\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>On the palate, the wine is monstrously textured, firm and closed with immense inner tension. The sweetness is perfectly balanced and remains in the gustatory background with fine understatement.
