Disgorged in August 2015 with 6 grams of dosage.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Colour<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>strawberry coloured with fine perlage<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Nose<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>The strawberry not only determines the colour of the Tarlant Ros\u00e9 Brut, but also initially the aromatic prelude. Strawberry compote mixes with raspberries, red apple, cranberry and pomelo on a base of brioche and slightly caramelized whole cane sugar. A hint of white flowers and spices float on top. One can already sense the slight sweetness of the Brut in the coherent, lush and inviting aroma.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>Palate<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>On the palate, Benoit Tarlant's Ros\u00e9 Brut is both juicy and mouth-filling, evoking the bite of orange flesh. The creamy yeast notes are immediately present, which make the champagne elegant. In the background, one senses plums and currants.
