The nose presents itself <strong>dark berry<\/strong> and seductive: <strong>Blackberries<\/strong> with a sweet centre, <strong>black cherries<\/strong>, <strong>Undergrowth<\/strong> and the typical <strong>Garrigue herbs<\/strong> of the Roussillon. A touch <strong>Pencil abrasion<\/strong> gives the bouquet additional complexity. Overall, the wine is remarkably mature and inviting.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>On the palate, the flavour unfolds <strong>Grenache<\/strong> in all its splendour: <strong>silky soft<\/strong> and at the same time structured and elegant. The luscious fruit is accompanied by a <strong>lively acidity<\/strong> which the wine <strong>Juicy to the max<\/strong> makes. Georg Meissner has saved these vineyards, which were originally earmarked for grubbing up, with great dedication.
