A fascinating complexity develops with contact with the air - <strong>subtle smokiness<\/strong> and <strong>fine rock seasoning<\/strong> mingle with the opulent fruit, accompanied by an elegant yeast note from the ageing on the full lees.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>A Riesling with a double face: it starts out charming and highly aromatic, but then develops into a serious, dense growth with increasing flavour. <strong>Minerality<\/strong> and <strong>Herb<\/strong>. The small-structured, difficult-to-access site with over 60 plots is home to the estate's oldest vines (35+ years).
