The spontaneous fermentation and ageing on the full lees in 600-litre barrels produce a fascinating <strong>Seasoning<\/strong> with slightly oxidative notes. <strong>Yellow and white-fleshed fruits<\/strong> meet <strong>Herbs<\/strong>, a touch <strong>Vanilla<\/strong> and subtle, restrained wood. Complex and multi-layered.<\/dd>\n<dt>Palate<\/dt>\n<dd>This is where the true identity of Gr\u00fcner Veltliner is revealed: the characteristic <strong>Vegetable seasoning<\/strong> of the grape variety is combined with <strong>ripe, juicy fruit<\/strong>.
